In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my guests, I kindly request 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled appointment cost. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment cost. If you no show your appointment without any communication, you will be charged for the FULL service amount.
