Appointment Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least two days’ notice. For example, a Thursday appointment should be canceled or rescheduled no later than Tuesday. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are considered received during normal business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be considered received on the next business day. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than two days’ notice will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service. Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the day before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding that last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my small business and often cannot be filled on short notice.
